You can now download all videos in a Production in one click.
We will put all videos in a .zip file which is then downloaded. This process takes several seconds, and may take even minutes.
This feature is available (and button visible) only for videos uploaded from 2023-12-12 onwards!
There is a new button in the Production view, Videos tab:
Click that button, and you’ll shortly start downloading a .zip file with all the videos on this tab (those that were uploaded from 2023-12-12 onwards).
This is initial trial to ease up the workload for COPS and CSMs when they need to provide the assets for the customer.
It also reduces manual errors; e.g. missing one video and downloading another twice by accident.
This only works for videos that have been uploaded after 2023-12-12. If the Videos tab doesn’t have new enough videos, the button is hidden.
Update 2024/02: File naming is now fixed. The file naming is not optimal – the file names inside the zip file are not having the naming convention of “prod-plan-name-hook-body-cta” that we have for other downloads. (Cloudinary doesn’t seem to support naming the files inside zip files…)
Update 2024/02: Files are now full quality 🥳**. Max zip file size is 500MB**, which means the video files within have to be compressed (1080p). This quality may be good enough.
